CANCELLATION POLICY

We charge 100% of the service cost if an appointment is canceled/rescheduled the day before, the day of, or a no-show. We charge 50% of the service cost if an appointment is canceled/rescheduled 2 days before your appointment. There is a grace period of 10 minutes at the start of your appointment. Please add your appointment to your calendar (confirmation email lets you do this very easily!) We send out a reminder text & email ONE day before. Please fill out forms sent to your email as soon as you can prior to your appointment date.
